Bernard started his career in recruitment in 2005 with Options Group, a global financial markets recruitment firm where he covered the Asian (Tokyo, HK, China and Singapore) and US markets. He later on founded his own boutique recruitment firm with offices in New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Beijing for 5 years focusing entirely on the investment, private equity, hedge fund and capital markets space across Asia and the US.
